DF300 Engine RPM Issue

It started happening recently. When I start driving the RPM on one of the engines goes down, it would not go up again, it will start registering on the gauge "Check Engine: 7-5". After you turn off all the power of engine, turn it back on it starts running normally again and after a while it starts doing the same thing. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? What can I do to fix it?

7-5 is a Drive by Wire code, you may bad wiring, control module problem or a lever sensor problem. Needs to be checked a with diagnostic program.
