Everything works except motor. When i turn the ignition switch i get no alarm, the motor doesn't do anything and the trim doesn't work on throttle but does work on motor itself??????Any help appreciated!

I don't know how your question got so far down the list and no one responded!!
"the infamous" white wire problem...
typically power failure to the ignition switch
from the battery there is a white power lead to the helm ..
some configurations this terminates at the helm and then powers back to the igintion switch.. some directly to the switch
if you are having power failure to other devices at the helm then you know where to start looking for the problem..
this wire also has an inline fuse...
start at the battery connection and check all splices very carefully..
any spice joints should be replaced..
check the fuse
I found you can not just check voltage
the one place you can check voltage is to pull the inline fuse and then check the battery side..
