Tach Setting, DT115 STC

Tach on my new (used) boat seems to read too high. Engine is a 1999 115 HP EFI (DT115 STC). On back of tach is a dial for four pole settings- what should mine be set for?

you should be 600-700

so turn to pole until it reads around there

i think 12 or 20 pole, got to look
