I recently purchased a boat with a 2004 Suzuki DF140. The tach did not work and I discovered the pin for the tach signal wire is broken on the ECU. Is there any way to pick up the signal without replacing the ECU? I confirmed continuity in the yellow wire from the engine to the tach. Any one else had a similar problem?
