2006 Suzuki df175 #1 cylinder is not firing. It is blowing white smoke that smells like raw fuel.
    I changed plugs.
I moved coilpacks to different cylinders.
    I checked compression.
#1 cylinder is still not firing.
Anybody have an idea what the problem could be?
    Please Help

Have you checked the pug wire?
If you have a timing light hook to plug #1 wire and see if you are getting a signal
After that check the connectors back to the ECM
    The manual shows wiring ports 39 45 42 & 50
With#42 Orange wire for #1 coil
The manual also looks like each one could be grounded seperetly
Inside the coil plug-in the center pin is to ground

Actually there is a connector below and to the left of coil#4
Appears there is a black connector for the gray igt wires and a gray one for ground
Take those two apart and check for corrosion
They are at a location that could be subject to the elements

Sounds like you have got an injector stuck in the open position. Give the injector on the cylinder that is not working a few taps with a screwdriver it might allow the pintle to sit back on it's seat. The tell tale sign of raw fuel being dumped into the cyl is white smoke, plus if you remove the plug it will be wet.
