Suzuki 300 Oil Leak

Hi,

I have a 300 that is leaking from the water port that is on the top part of the lower unit above the gear oil screw.

Has anyone seen this issue and have a recomendation on how to fix it?

Is it lower unit oil or crankcase oil? If it's lower unit then you are prob getting water in the lower unit forcing the gear oil out the upper shaft or shifter seal, had this issue on my old merc lower! Crank case oil then whole other set of issues.

Drain lower unit oil and inspect for milky appearance!
