Oil Water Mix draining from water intake Suzuki 150

Whats is this about? There is a large amount of oil and water mixed when I checked my engine oil with the dipstick. I know this is terrible. Boat still runs. I took it out of the water and overnight about a quart or two of this water/oil mix drained from my water intakes from the lower unit into an oil pan.
What the heck man? No alarms no hot exhaust water.... I know this is bad.

only a guess but sounds like it has blown an oil pan gasket
there is a water/exhaust duct that runs through the oil pan
sounds like a gasket has gone bad
I can only assume if you lost 2 quarts of oil/water the dip stick
would show the same loss

what year is the 150? that may bring up another problem!
