repowering

I'm looking to repower from a 1990- 115 Suzuki to a newer 2008 Suzuki 90 4 stroke. Will the controls, wiring harness, guages need to be changed ?

Don't know for fact, but an 18 year newer motor is most probably going to need the newer write harness, controls, and gauges that go with the motor. All should be a part of the purchase. Yes, you should install it all. Too many newer features, diagnostics, and other electrical features will probably make your harness not match up.

It is possible your throttle controls will work, but compare control plug(s), throttle and shift cables should work.
