2006 suzuki 200hp 4 stroke efi in limp mode

My suzuki is in limp mode. It has great p stream, fuel is good and filters. Brand new spark plugs. Buzzer goes off every 7 seconds as soon as i hook up battery terminals even with key not in ignition. Fires up every time and runs good until it reaches the restricted rpms around 2500. Dont know for sure exact rmps because gauge not hooked up. Please help, no diagnostic available. And wanting to take boat out

Why isn't gauge hooked up? Might be related to problems if computer isn't reading all gauge(s)? they are an integral part of system diagnostics?

Suggest you connect all gauges then recheck. Good luck.

are you try to rev it up in neutral on the flushers?
