  • Blue Sea battery switch with ACR

I have a 2007 DF175 on my 22' Proline. I purchased the boat used and it has two batteries and a Perko battery switch. I purchased a Blue Sea add a battery kit and want to confirm my wiring. On the Perko switch, I had three wires connected to the common pole. The starter cable, house load, and a white wire. When I wired the new four pole switch, I connected the white and starter wire to the starter battery side and the house load to the house battery side. I have added some pictures in case I am not explaining correctly.

I forgot to mention that I have not yet connected the ACR. I have mounted it but need to purchase fuses before wiring.

    Thanks

Can anyone confirm if the white should be connected to the switch or directly to the battery?

      Thanks

White can be attached to the switch And it looks like you've got it where it should be - in the positive terminal. As long as it has uninterrupted power when the engine is turned on it should be fine.
