I have tried Pettet Alumaspray, it stuck to the lower unit but it came off the front plastic intake. In 2 days the intake starts to grow HAIR. I clean it every time I go out, do not want to suck the hair into the pump. Only the front plastic intake stays in the water when the engine is tilted up

Adjust the trim travel limit, see if it will go up more! If not raise motor a hole up, if not then buy a razor! Lol!
