Weird Suzuki Df 250 starting problem, Help!

Sometimes there is a inline fuse on this wire needs to be checked moonlight is correct it will rev up then go back down if these wires are not correct.

Update,
All the Ebay seller, AAA auto, Iac valves that the seller advertized to be brand new Mitsubishi parts have failed. 5 total.
I decided to cut the AAA part and the old OEM part apart and see if there was any difference in quality.
Heres the pics:

The one on the left is the stock OEM Mitsubishi part.
You can see the difference in stepper motor size and the magnetism on the OEM rotor is about 5 times the strength of the Ebay part. They probally failed because I idle my engines like 8 hours while we drift fish and they must be getting overheated.
I purchased the stock Suzuki parts and they are working now.
Time will tell.
