I need info urgently , I have 2 questions

1) Engine Suzuki DF150Z S/N:15002Z-410028 . Is this engine lean burn technologie ?


2) On the Suzuki engine tag plate how to reconize if it is a lean burn engine model or not ?

What are the letters after the model number? For instance, my DF150 is a 2007 model, and the model number is DF150TXK7. The K7 indicates the model year. We probably need that to start with in trying to figure out if it's lean burn or not. The Z in your model number indicates a counter-rotating prop.

Thee is nothing in the model number or serial number that designates the engine as lean burn.

Whether or not it is lean burn will depend on its model year. The lean burn 150 was released with the 2012 model year 150/175 engines from what I can find.

There should be another letter and number after the "Z".

For example, a "L2" would mean that it is a 2012 model year.

Have another look at the engine model number and let us know.

If you can't find any numbers there take the cowl off and have a look around the block and heads, sometimes you will find a stamp with the date of manufacture there.

2013 would definitely be the lean burn model.

I forgot to specified that this engine have electric remote control
Which normaly mean automaticly Lean Burn
