Swapping Lower Units Counter rotating

I recently repowered my Catamaran. I did not have counter rotators to start with, but I now do. We hung the counter rotating motor on port and the standard rotator on starboard. Since that time, I learned that these cats like it the other way around. No big deal, Ill just swap the lower units -

My question is: Will I need to do anything else? Set up the SMIS gages again?

Nothing to do with the SMIS system if you don't move the engines themselves. All you've done is move the lower units. The ECU won't care which way the prop is turning!

As far as I know, nothing else will be necessary either.
