I serviced my engines-new oil, plugs, impellers, gearbox oil etc. Disconnected the neutral switches, as on one of the motors I had to remove the fuel vapour separator/high fuel pressure pump. This was blocked and not allowing fuel into the jets.
Once everything was done, I reset the engines on the key and emergency stop switch as per the manual. The engines ran perfectly.
When I went to sea and tried to get the boat onto the plane, all was fine. The moment I pushed the motors beyond 3000revs both engines started cutting out. When I dropped below 3000revs-no problem.
I did not have this problem before I serviced the engines-it puzzles me that both engines are doing this now.
