Suzuki bf 300 smis malfuction

i have suzuki bf 300 model 2007 with SMIS. When i turn on the engine the SMIS turns on but no indication i have . The display is "white". Does anybody knows anything about that malfuction? Do i have to buy a new one or i can repair this?

mate i have exactly the same problem with mine. no indication it was going, worked fine one day and just a blank screen the next. the motor still runs fine with everthing working. i have contacted suzuki and am waiting a reply. the back light comes on so i am assuming power is there. i cannot find a repairer as yet either. could you let me know if you find out something. cheers.
