Suzuki 85 HP Outboard

I have a used Suzuki 85 hp outboard on a used party barge I purchased. It is much to big for the lake we intend to use it on.

I am trying to determine the year of the motor and approximate value so I can sell or trade for a smaller motor.

Serial # 8501-514104

Any help, suggestions would be great.

The serial number appears to be a 1985 engine
Value would have not a clue --- A 30 year old motor with how many hours?
