2007 DF150 will not start - Please Help

I have a 2007 DF150. I recently changed the batteries and now the motor will not start nor does the trim work. I am getting power at the starter and checked all fuses. Actually, I changed every fuse at the fuse block inside the engine and all other fuses that I can see. I have read about the white wire that goes to the ECM and replaced that 15 amp fuse as well. Please help!

have you wiggled the throttle back and forth ?
sounds like the neutral switch is hung up .

DF150 will not start

You will have to give a little more detail before anyone can help you , Like did it start before you replaced the batteries, does your engine crank
