1986 Suzuki Outboard Color

Does anyone know what this color or code is from 1986 Suzuki outboards? This is before they went to charcoal. I am looking to match a quart. Does $200 per quart sound reasonable? Thanks!

Thats way to high for a quart of paint, get a chip off it or take something with the color on it to the auto parts store that sells paints, match it up with some good paint chips or get it scanned, I, used to paint cars and trucks its a money racket trust me, its all in the prep, do it right and it will stay on there, I, would use a urethane myself but talk to the paint guys there tell them what your doing they will set you up.

I did a search for Suzuki outboard paint
There are a number of places to get paint
It looked like the $200 was for a quart as you discovered but I think that may also included some type of kit

Your question on color it seems that along with a serial number there are also some other numbers that may also get you a color code. But maybe someone else has a better idea

The suppliers only seem to go back to the charcoal color which I think started with EFI. I removed a decal on the cowling and found what the original paint looked like. I think my only choice now is to take that to a supplier and ask them to match it.
