2000 70 hp overheating alarm goes off some days not other water still spitting fine after 1 or 2 min alarm stops and contine 5-6-7 miles no problem I have replaced manifold sensor, cylinder head sensor problem stiil exists where do I check next

Sounds like thermostat may be sticking occasionally. May need to clean, or replace. Otherwise, there may (if used in salt water) be a build up in the water passages that may need to be flushed out. Check your local dealer for a solution you can flush through the motor to clean passages.
