Correct Battery Size for a DF175?

From the Owner Manual:

CCA 670 Amp or more
Reserve Capacity 190 minutes or more
Amp Hour 12v, 100AH or more

Running a df175 also. Manual recommends not using a maintenance free battery as it MAY not be compatible with charging system. I am replacing my single with a 2 battery system and would like to use Optima dual purpose blue tops. Will this be ok?
