We are unable to start our DF90A. We had a mechanic look at it. He put a pressure gauge on the fuel line after the high pressure pump. It shows that the fuel pump is putting out too much pressure (high 40s) I replaced both the high pressure and low pressure fuel pumps with new oem parts. When I replaced each of the pumps, the engine will start and run, but it will NOT restart after that. What should I do now?

df90a, not starting.
If pressure is too high, why replace the pumps (they're supposed to work like that?)? You should have replaced the fuel regulator, it sounds like the regulator isn't doing it's job. if using ethanol gas the regulator may be bad.
Just a thought? Good luck.Last edited by Solarman; 09-23-2014, 08:15 AM.
