suzuki dt8c tiller arm replacement

Is there any one who knows how to replace the tiller arm on a suzuki dt8c?

I have just received a brand new tiller arm and im not sure how to fit it.

is there any guides around?

Is the new handle assembled?
probably your best direction would be to have, or download a copy of the shop repair manual for your motor. That should tell you all you need to know.
