DF140 help?

Two questions,
first is they are counter rotating and when I slow down to stop ....not always but one or the other stalls and I get a single beep alarm.
Other times I simply power up and I get two beeps and that is regulator rectifier...correct?

The stalling sounds like the IAC valve. It controls the air flow via the ECM, and if it's failing, the motor doesn't idle well, and tends to stall if brought down too fast.
