89 DT150 Intermittent Power Loss

Both of these videos are starting from roughly 4-5 mph and then almost full throttle. My Tach gets alittle squirley in the second video but it gets on track eventually

Zack, did you have a chance (with another person in boat) to have them pump bulb while this problem occurs, to see if that did any good?

Also, I'd like to know if the gear counting coil is correct distance to flywheel?

Also, can you test the TVS (throttle valve sensor) by the manual?

I did have someone try to pump the bulb for me no change
