I have a fuel leak from the small hole in the throttle body. When I start the engine it's ok for about a minute than it weeps out. Is there a gasket kit or something that needs to be replaced.

dt140, fuel leak
The fuel is leaking out of the vent hole now in the vapor separator tank - vst (throttle body bowl).
It sounds like there's some reason the float needle is hanging open, not turning the fuel of.
The gaskets are probably good, but you may have to open the vst bowl, remove the needle valve and seat, to clear any trash that's gotten in. you should also clean the fuel filter, and the small cone shaped fuel filter in the line at the bottom of the vst. That leads to your high press fuel pump.
Be careful not to bend any parts of the float assy, and its very important what you find. It might tell us if you're going to have other problems very soon, or what may be breaking down causing this problem.
Good luck, and let us know what you find.Last edited by Solarman; 08-26-2014, 06:11 PM.
