DF 200 will not start

I am having problems starting my DF 200. It has been working in the last few months but not at the moment. When I turn the key a relay close to the key activates but the starter motor is not activated. The tilt is fine from the remote position. The key ignition switch is fine and the neutral switch operates. Batteries are ok. Advice on what to try next would be appreciated.

No Start

First check for signal at selonoid wire. If no power jump starter with 12 volts and see if engine cranks. There is procedure to check in manual. Ignition switch lanyard switch and binnacle neutral switch.
