fouled plugs?

So I was in the process of winterizing my boat and pulled the plugs and found oil on all 3 plugs. The outboard is an '88 DT75. Should I be seeing oil? The boat has been running totally fine and strong the last 2 weeks. No smoke, and lots of power. WOT is running around 5200-5400 rpm... but I hardly run it at WOT.

There is oil mixed with the gas so it's not uncommon to see oil on plugs.
