Code 3-1 IAC valve. Anyone having this problem. Engine stops when going to neutral. Alarm sounds all the time with 3-1 code while engine is running.

IAC valve is dirty/clogged or cactus!

Check the part number or search this site - they are made by Mitsubishi for Suzuki and are a common part number that you can get of ebay for less than $100. Identical to the OEM.
