I just Repowered my 35' Seahunter with triple Suzuki
    300HP
The paint right behind the water intake is PEELING,any reason why
    Thanks

it peels because its no longer bonded to the metal, either by corrosion or bad paint prep (dirt, grease, oils) from the factory.

if its a factory defect, good luck getting them to honor it because in most caes the put you through the ringer and in the end you will probably just give up trying.

the factory powder coat will not be redone anyway, all they will do is sand it down and paint it so you wont be able to get a restored powder coat finish to it unless you do it yourself at your own expense but try and see what they will do about it. maybe they suddenly decided to start standing behind what they sell?
