2008 suzuke 300

engine will go down but not up, the button on the engine and the up on the throttles fail to work. I have two 300s on the boat and the other one works just fine. I can hear the pump working on the down but not on the up

you trim down relay is bad on that motor or it has a bad connection.

its always the opposite trim relay you have to replace when it doesn't work

Broken/pinched trim wire in the harness.... seen it in 3 of the same motors.
