710 S remote control not holding at RPM

I have a new (to me) 225HP Suziki with a 710 S remote control. It controls the rpms nicely all the way to WOT, about 6k. However, when I release the handle it will fall to about 4k. I would like to know how to adjust the tension on "??" to correct the problem. A parts diagram would probably help.

That might help as it does show a blowup of the remote control. Do I need to adjust the brake adjustment knob?

Fixed

Found the remedy I my owners manual of remote. After removing the shroud I adjusted the brake using the screw on the bottom front of the unit.
