Bogging out and stalling of DT15C. S/n 01502-581086

I'm away on a fishing vacation in a remote northern maine lake and my motor is having problems. Today I put in new spark plugs and have the same problem. I think the mixture knob is way off. Any ideas . Help!!! Thanks Larry

Are you sure the fuel tank vent is open and working properly ?
Sounds like motor is starving for fuel
Would check the filters I think some fuel tanks may have an internal filter on the pickup tube

Thanks, my carb was filled with white powder. Thank you ethanol and our new gas. Motor works great now!!!!
