Does anyone know how to reset the temperature sensor on a Suzuki 2000 DF-50?

If it works the same as the larger Suzuki outboards, as i assume it does, you cannot reset the temperature sensor. The ECM resets (turns the overheat light off) when the fault no longer exists. If you know that the motor is not overheating, and the light is still illuminated, then it might be a faulty sensor. The only way to fix that is to replace the sensor.

AFAIK there is no reset, if its stuck then its bad and needs to be replaced or if its a gauge reading your talking about then the gauge might be bad so unplug it to see if it returns to normal
