DF 200 losing power

I have a 2006 DF200, it starts up fine and runs out @5800 rpm after a while it starts to jerk like its running out of fuel then slows down to @4300 RPM. I changed the fuel water seperators and tried a seperate fuel tank but it still did the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

try replacing filter number 11 and cleaning filter in vst number 27 on this link
