Hello folks, hate for my first thread to be a plea for help, but, .......Help! My 2008 df150 has the concealed side (flush mount) control box. The manual says to adjust the throttle friction with the screw on the front side of the box but there are no screws anywhere on the exposed area of the controls. The throttle slowly backs down when i'm heading offshore, seems to be ok in flat water. Thanks in advance for any help.

If there isn't an access hole in plastic cover behind lever then will have to remove cover to get to friction screw.

So if I have the "Suzuki 67000-93J20 Deluxe Flush Mount" that would mean the removal of the throttle assembly from the control box, correct? Seems like the old screw in the front side of the box was a much more user friendly design. Is the process as big a pain as it looks?
Thanks
