Trim down problem DF150

Hi
I have a problem with my engine trim

To lift up the engine trim , no problem

To put down the engine also is working fine .

Except when the engine is in the max upper position , it doesn't go down !.
I can heard the hydraulic trim pump running, but the engine doesn't go down.

So I had to unscrew the bolt located in the engine support on left side , then the engine go down alone by is weight , then I can tight the bolt and use the electric trim button ...it is working
It is mean that descent of the engine doesn't work only when the engine is in the max upper position

There is a trim limit switch, activated by a cam in the middle of the hinge on the motor mount. Adjust that cam to limit the motor from tilting up so high (the tab on the cam is adjustable with your fingers, you can feel it ratcheting as you move it). That way the motor won't tilt quite as high, and that might solve the problem.

make sure the fluid level is correct, if it is low on fluid it can act funny

it seem the problem is solved .
I just opened the oil filled cap. I heard the air depresurizing like Pchhhhh.
I tried to add oil to adjust the oil level and it was OK

I tight the oil cap then after some few test , it is OK (strange...)

sounds like it had formed a vaccum and it may have prevented fluid from acting right.

cycle it up and down several times then recheck the level to be sure all the air bubbles are worked out of the system

then i would check it again in a few weeks just to be certain
