DF90 Blown PPT

Hi guys I have a pair of DF 90 2007 models on my moored boat.One moter wont tilt up? Oil in the water,have I blown seals,do I have to slip boat to get at ram as it is partly underwater.Is this covered under warranty?When I tilt up I cannot hear when the moter is fully up(Big boat with flybridge) so I figure I kept switch on too long
