last season I repowered with a df 300 after maybe 20 hours I started throwing the 3-6 code which I found out was the O2 sensor. Dealership replaced the sensor and the problem went away fro the remainder of the season ( another ten hours) Launched the boat today for the season and five min into the cruise it threw the same code again. any ideas? or has anyone else had this problem?

I had that "ghost" 3-6 code come and go on my DF40 for almost a year until the battery suddenly just died and with the new battery it never came back again. I figured it was a weak battery causing a "false" code. I was told by Suzuki dealer these motors demand a fully charged battery to work right or strange things can happen.
it wouldn't hurt to take out the sensor in the air intake box and clean any dirt or residue in it as it measure air temps and can get dirty causing poor fuel air mix and may cause a code to trigger
