loud exhaust on df200

i have overhauled a df200, with new short motor for df200 and both new cylinder head for df250 modified on it. after starting the motor for 5mins the engine exhaust seems to be very loud, i have checked for leakages on the upper, mid, and lower unit but couldn't find any, the engine seems to be running fine, rpm up 6200 and no alarm or warning lights just the exhaust is loud, please advice where i may have gone wrong or need to check.thank u

Does your 200 have a small exhaust port on the back of the motor just below the joint of where the upper cowling joins the lower cowling?
A small round fitting You might double check the connection under the lower cowling
