Df 150 missing

One cylinder apparently is not firing on my 08 150 . Second from top spark plug looks wetter than the rest. I changed all the plugs and it still misses. What do I need to check next? possibly the coil that powers the spark plug?
Can you put a volt meter to the wires that go to the coil?

Swap coils from another cylinder to see if that coil will fire.

yes but if that plugs coil is weak your not getting a fully hot spark so the problem will soon return as the colder firing plug gets dirty faster then the others.

I were you (ands you still have them) I would put the old plugs back in and see if swapping coils makes any difference.

when you took the plugs out, other then one looking wet, after the second plug dried off was it the same color as the other plugs?

being the same color and amount of soot is something you look for in indicating they are all getting the same even amount of fuel air mixture.
