From DT225 to DF250Z Wiring?

We just recently repowered from a DT225 (which we are now parting out) to a DF250Z. What does the Z stand for? Is this a counter rotation motor and how do you tell? And what all wiring issues are we going to run into?
The DT225 is a 1999 and the DF250Z is a 2004.
Any help from you guys is greatly appreciated...

The "Z" is the counter rotation model. Wiring should be same.
