Minimum water pressure for df250?

Anyone know what the minimum water pressure is for a df250? I installed a hydraulic Jackplate and a water pressure gauge.

Water pressure specs are not published in my DF150/175 manual, and probably aren't in any of the manuals, and most people apparently don't have a gauge installed (I know I don't), and consequently can't address your question. If the gauge didn't come with any information on what to expect, I'd say that if your DF250 is running fine and staying within the normal operating temperature range, then you can figure that whatever pressure you're showing now is adequate, and you need worry only if it at some point you see an unexplained drop from your usual pressure.
