Loosing oil

Have a 2000 suzuki df 70. Suspected loosing oil, changed oil ran engine for a couple of days and oil level is back down. Where should I start looking ?

Run a cylinder leak down test to check condition of rings.

I can see oil puddling under the flywheel. Can't see where it might be coming from

Probably bad upper crank seal. If so it's a fairly easy fix after removing flywheel. Never worked on a 4 stroke but I think you need to fix that ASAP because of all the electrical components under the flywheel may get damaged from to much oil exposure.

Any thing that could cause the upper seal to go bad. I'm thinking too much pressure in crankcase?
