I replaced the head gasket,intake,exhaust,and base gaskets. Marked all components for reassemble.After reassembly I turned the key to on and I get 4 beeps and 2 beeps. I take this as a code 42. This was not the repair problem.Replaced head gasket,due to water in the oil.Why am I getting this code? Do I need to test my crank sensors?

codes....how do you know what all the flashing lights mean?

I have a 99 DF70 and just replaced the spark plugs, oil change, fuel filter, impeller and lower unit re-grease....and upon turning key, it beeps then a whole bunch of flashing lights and I have to wait for 30 seconds till they stop flashing before I start the engine. Then as I am idling out (warming up) the loud alarm goes off. How do I fix or know what the lights mean????
