forgot to put oil in new engine

Okay this was a major bonehead mistake on my part but my Suzuki 2.5 outboard engine arrived and me and my son eagerly put in on our boat and tested it out. However, we wrongfully assumed that it had oil in it but it did not. It ran great for about 20 minutes and then froze up and I assume the engine is toast. Just writing to see if there is anything I can do to salvage this brand new engine? Any suggestions?

You can take engine apart to see if can be rebuilt but if crankshaft is damaged it will very expensive.
