df 70 ctp code

I am getting a 2-2 code witch according to the manual its a ctp switch problem.I checked the switch according to the manual and also checked the terminal(24)according to the manual and they checked out O.K. I even swapped the ecu as I have twin motors and it still gives the code.The motor seems to be running fine.Any one with some ideas what to check next....thanks

Run a continuity check on switch, switch should close when throttle is closed.

As I stated in the thread the switch was tested according to the manual and it tested o.k for continuity(throttle fully closed continuity/throttle not fully closed no continuity)
