Hi, I just replaced my water pump impeller and now the motor will not go into neutral. It's stuck in fwd gear. I can start it and take off but no reverse or neutral. I know it has to be in the linkage. My question is how do I make sure the bolt I loosened on the side to release the linkage, is going back in right. Do I need to drop the lower unit again or simply back off the bolt and move the throttle back and forth it I hit the hole. I did not move the throttle on the initial install. I'm not sure how I missed the hole. Thanks for all the help.
