Motor losing power

my suzuki 140 dt motor lose power when you open the throttle. if you open it up it gives you full power and a second after losses power and then slowly gets the power back.(almost feel like there is n limiter on the motor)

We cleaned the carbs and fuel filters, what ells can we do to fix the problem?

Check compression. Check for spark on all cylinders when it looses power.
