Over haul kit DF140

Recently i just inspected my timing and crank shaft journal. Found the the caps and crank shaft journal have bore marks on them.

Engine has done 1500 hrs sunk a couple of times but still goes.

Looking at replacing the wire harness and doing a full over haul, is there a standard kit for this- gaskets / rings etc?

Any thoughts to why i am getting bore marks on the caps and journal? Should i be looking at oil pump pick up/ strainer so i dont have this happen after over haul?

Only kits Suzuki offers is gasket kits, would have to order parts needed. If engine has been submerged then that could cause wear on bearings.

I see the bearing set have a color code, green, black,non and yellow.

Will i obviously have to pull the bearings out to identify which i need, or can i go with a standard order?
Most likely i will have to machine the crank shaft journal as scratch marks are quite deep.

With doing this the bearing set will be determine by how much we machine it back?

You will need the service manual(has bearing charts and procedures) and some plasti gauge to determine correct bearings.
